Seeking a space to enjoy the views and have ease of access to the rear yard, the addition of this sunroom achieves both.   A roof deck and stair are located directly off the main living space, capturing vistas of the Pacific Ocean and Marin Headlands while also providing ample area for dining and lounging. The glass walls of the sunroom maximize natural light and create a seamless connection to the newly landscaped garden.  Three terraces were introduced using  retaining walls and planters to emphasize the experience of outdoor rooms.
