The design for this single family renovation focused on expansion of the living space without changing the overall size of the home.  Removal of walls and conversion of the garage into a family room created an open floor plan with connection to all the living areas.  Folding and sliding door systems were implemented to allow direct access to the outdoors and provide interior separation when desired.  Increased height for each space was also integral to the remodel, introducing multiple skylights which fill the spaces with natural light.
